Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that due to current events shipping times may be longer than usual - especially for international shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping in the US:
$8 for large item, $0 for each additional item within that order
$4 for small item, $0 for each additional item within that order

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

International shipping varies according to your location but is also subject to two-tier pricing based on package size. We only charge for the first item - all subsequent items in the order ship free.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TheWeekendMystic.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification  which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (30 days for orders outside the US), please contact TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I'll look into it for you.

Shipping to International Couriers/Forwarding Agents in the US:

Please note: if you are outside of the US and choose to use a US-based forward service, you do so at your own risk. If the tracking shows your package delivered, we can't file an insurance claim. It's important to note that courier services are not always reliable, and lost packages on their end will not be replaced by TheWeekendMystic.com.

I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I'll refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. It will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but I'll try my very best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
