Refund Policy
I want you to be absolutely thrilled with my handmade items. If they arrive damaged, I want to know right away! Please email me at TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com and I will work to make it right.
Let me know within 7 days of delivery if your product is faulty or damaged and needs to be returned (shipping is on me for exchanges, but shipping costs on straight-up returns will be deducted from customer refunds when an exchange is not requested).
Item must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging, and a tracking number must be provided to me.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you that I've received your returned item and refund your money.
Please note that bank holds are not in my control, and it may take a few days to show back up in your account (though you'll receive a digital receipt when I refund you!).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank -- there's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact me at TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for a damaged item, send me an email at TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com - I'll send you a prepaid mailing label for the return (please be sure to save the original packaging and just tape it back up).
Shipping
To return your product, email me for a return shipping label at TheWeekendMystic@gmail.com - return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund in the event that you opt for a refund instead of an equal exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
